How does the Solstice Ultra race format work?

Solstice Ultra is a fixed-time track race on a 400m loop. The clock starts at sunset (21:25) and stops at sunrise (05:30) — 8 hours of running through the Swiss midsummer night. Every lap counts. There are no cut-offs and no minimum distance — you simply run as many laps as you can within the time window. The athlete with the most laps wins, separately ranked for men and women. Everyone else gets a final ranking based on total laps completed.
